I had an extremely complicated flash chat to install on my social network site, and fortunately I found Jeff's site through a Google search. To say I'm pleased would be an understatement. Jeff installed my chat room in a professional manner as I watched, and I would highly recommend his company to any one who needs computer help.

I would like to say that dealing with On Site Computers is a great experience for anyone. You get first class customer service from the time you first meet Mr. Sneed all the way through the entire process. At Tuscan Executive Suites we have made On Site our number one go to person for IT and support. They get things done in a timely manner and will answer any questions that you may have. If you haven't tried them yet, give them a try because you will never go back to another company.

The things I needed to learn were explained without question, and those things that were obviously going to take away from my time investing in my product and my marketability, were quite simply taken care of by Mr. Sneed. I update a ticket online, I get a follow-up telephone call and if I need a product, I can get them quite simply by going through his website.
