Great and reliable service. OCR called me for reminders of our scheduled appointment and sent me emails. They tried the least expensive repair options first, then worked their way to more complicated issues which naturally did cost more. I appreciated that they tried the other possible remedies first. Being female, we sometimes get "the wool pulled over our eyes", but I truly felt this company was very honest and up front the whole time. When they came to my house, no time was wasted at trying to fix the problem or upon return when a whole new computer had to be purchased. They gave me options of what to purchase from least expensive to most expensive without trying to "push" any of them. When I asked for honest advice, I feel it was given. They kept checking up on me to see if my new computer I ordered had come in so I could get back in business with my computer a.s.a.p. My girls are thrilled we are up and running again so they can download tunes to their phones, but I appreciate the fact they can do their school projects, no longer using it as an excuse to put off the assignment.

I am extremely pleased with the entire process in dealing with this company. I had options to utilize less expensive avenues but I am so glad I choose to spend a little bit more. My call was well received and process explained vs others that say "yea I can fix it." I received communication when a service tech was on the way to pick up computer, received an email notice that it had arrived to the lab for review, received a call the following day with an update, received an email announcement later that my computer service had been completed, received a phone call to schedule delivery. And then check this out...I later receive an email receipt describing the transaction and form of payment made. WOW!!! If your computer is valuable to you, DO NOT HESITATE to use ONSITE COMPUTER.
